Bird Fair 2008

Thousands of bird-lovers have visited the Bird Fair 2008 in the Oostvaardersplassen in the Netherlands. The event was organized for the fourth time by the Dutch State Forestry, SOVON (Dutch Centre for Field Ornithology) and Vogelbescherming Nederland and has been a great success.

The Bird Fair 2008 took place on 23 and 24 August, at the same location as last year: the nature reserve Oostvaardersplassen near Lelystad, in the centre of the Netherlands. A varied program included attractive items for nature-lovers of all ages.

The birdfair was also a great success for Kazinga Tours. We had a very nice stand with a lot of photos, what attracted a lot of bird lovers. It was good to talk to our future travelers and to travelers who had been to Uganda or Rwanda with us.
